Knowbly End User Agreement

2263256 Alberta Ltd. ("Knowbly," "we," "us," or "our") is a corporation registered in Alberta, Canada. By accessing our website and services, including our online courses and exam preparation tools at https://knowbly.ca and related domains (collectively, the “Knowbly Platform”), you agree to these terms and conditions (the "Terms"). Your use of the Knowbly Platform forms a legally binding agreement between you and Knowbly.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY INCLUDE IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND YOUR OBLIGATIONS.
If you use the Knowbly Platform on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of that organization and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In such cases, "you" and "your" will also refer to that organization in addition to yourself.
Amendments
As the Knowbly Platform evolves, we may revise these Terms by updating this page. The date of the last version of these Terms is posted above. Each time you access the Knowbly Platform, you are agreeing to the then-current version of these Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and terminate your account.

Account Establishment and Licensing

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knowbly, its officers, directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Knowbly Platform. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amounts you have paid to us to access the platform.
Indemnification

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to access the platform and its content will be revoked.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Alberta, Canada.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our privacy policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Knowbly regarding your use of the platform.
By using the Knowbly Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
